EARNING & REDEEMING POINTS

 

Q: How do I earn points?

A: Please provide your Email Address of your loyalty membership to our service staff upon payment – so that we may credit your points for the transaction to your account.

 

Q: How do I redeem my rewards?

A: Approach any of our staff members in stores should you wish to redeem a reward.

 

Q: Do points expire?

A: Starting from 1 March 2023, all points earned within the same month will expire on the 1st of the following month after a six-month period. 

 

Example 1 (points earned before 1 March 2023)

For example, if you earned 100 points on 1 Jan 2023, and 100 points on 20 Jan 2023, these 200 points will expire on 1 July 2023.

 

Example 2 (points earned on or after 1 March 2023)

For example, if you earned 100 points on 1 April 2023, and 100 points on 25 April 2023, these 200 points will expire on 1 Nov 2023.

 

Q: What if I forgot to get my points added on my last visit?

A: No worries, do write in to us and attach an image of your original receipt, and we will be able to add the points for you.

 

Do note that we will not be able to accept receipts for transactions that occurred more than 7 calendar days from the date of transaction. Do write in to us HERE.

 

Q: Can I exchange points for cash?

A: Points are strictly not exchangeable for cash, and can only be used to redeem rewards across our stores.

 

 

GETTING HELP

 

Q: How do I submit my receipt for points?

A: If you’ve forgotten to provide your email address during payment, you can simply take a picture of your receipt and send it to us HERE and give us as much detail as possible so that we can assist you to the best that we can.

 

Q: I didn't receive my Login/Sign Up PIN code...

A: If you’re unable to see your PIN, please do check your SPAM/FILTERED email inboxes. However, if you are still unable to sign in or login; please do contact us  HERE and give us as much detail as possible so that we assist you the best that we can.

 

Q: Can I unsubscribe from loyalty program?

A: If you wish to discontinue your membership with us; please write to us HERE and we will remove you and all your associated contact details from our program.
Do note that upon account deletion, you will also lose all points and rewards that you have previously earned, and this action is irreversible.

 

Q: Can I change my mind about a reward after I've redeemed it?

A: All rewards redeemed will not be refunded and are not eligible for exchanges for points or cash.
